Simply submit a maintenance request via your online portal or call 706.709.0048 and we will address your maintenance issue. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 706.709.0048.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Any damage or repairs resulting from negligence or misuse are the responsibility of the resident. In such cases, repairs will be completed and charged to you, including the cost of labor and materials.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages or plumbing stoppages caused by improper use or neglect.

Additionally, rekeying or altering locks without prior written permission from the landlord is prohibited. If this occurs, you will be responsible for all costs required to restore the locks to their original condition.

Release of Key

If you do not authorize the release of a key to a vendor, you are required to be present at the scheduled service time to provide access to the property.

Failure to provide access, including denial of entry or absence at the scheduled time, will result in a denial of access fee (minimum $85.00), which will be charged to you.
